What if I’m not eligible?

We check eligibility before anything goes to the IRS. If you don’t qualify for an ITIN, we refund the full $299.

Do I need my documents now?

No. This form gives us what we need to prepare Form W-7. We ask for documents after you pay, and tell you exactly what counts.

How long until I get my ITIN?

The IRS says to allow 7 weeks, or 9 to 11 weeks from outside the US or between January 15 and April 30.

Is my information safe?

Your application is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with restricted access. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
